DIN935-1 hexagonal slotted nuts are mainly used to fix the front and rear axles of vehicles. By tightening the screws that pass through the front and rear axles, the frame and tires are fixed together. In order to prevent the nut from loosening, it is usually fixed by using an open-ended pin that passes through the groove of the slotted nut. The open-ended pin needs to pass through the middle of the wheel axle screw, and usually both ends of the wheel axle screw need to be drilled. The diameter of the hole and the width and depth of the slotted nut groove determine what specification of open-ended pin is selected.
